Our approach starts and ends with the warfighter. An open and intelligent discussion identifies the struggles of the warfighter and also directs every action we take until the product is delivered. Dechiphering real needs of the warfighter is an art. Warfighters highlight problems in most things and sometimes they fall short of seeing the complete picture regarding supply chain, procurement and budgeting. We use our experience and a holistic mindset to decode what is a real problem and what is a result of size of the defense system. Once we identify a need, we attack the solution of that problem until we can deliver performance with laser focus on the details that matter.
